Tierra Preservada – EARTHKEEPERS (SHORT MOVIE)

We’re excited to introduce the first documentary in our series, Tierra Preservada. This series includes three short films that showcase the incredible stories of farmers and communities dedicated to sustainability and conservation.

In this inaugural documentary, Earthkeepers, we take you to Costa Rica, where we meet inspiring farmers like Sergio, Williams, Alejandra, and Cecilia. Through their stories, you’ll learn about the importance of agroecological practices, biodiversity, and the role of women in farming.

In Earthkeepers, you’ll discover:

  • How the changes created by farmers expand into broader positive impacts.
  • The benefits of achieving sustainable practices on the farm.
  • The importance of planting trees to save our planet.
  • How trees are crucial for providing carbon, ensuring survival.
  • Personal beliefs and motivations behind sustainable farming.
  • The economic and environmental benefits of innovative projects.
  • The vision of providing adequate shading to keep the land fresh.
  • The gratitude for trees and birds in creating a balanced ecosystem.
  • The tools and knowledge that make farmers the owners of their projects.
  • The importance of leaving fertile soil for future generations.

Each story offers a fresh, hopeful perspective on sustainable farming. Earthkeepers reminds us that the future of our planet is being shaped by these quiet innovators, whose passion for the land and dedication to ecological balance serve as an inspiring example for us all. Through their eyes, we see that small, thoughtful actions today can lead to lasting change for tomorrow.
